Pashang Tshiring Sherpa, began his Basic Mountaineering Course from Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI) Darjeeling in 2005, going on to complete his Advanced Mountaineering Course, Method of Instruction and Adventure course in 2006 from HMI. As a  Mountaineering Instructor at HMI for more than a decade, he went on to train students from multiple countries and governmental authorities.

He has reached the summits of some of the most challenging peaks in the world, including Mt. Mamostang Khangri (7549M) with an Indo-French Expedition in Aug 2007, Virgin Peak of Chong Kumdan II (CK2 7004M)  and finally reaching the very top of the world,  Mt. Everest, (8848M) in May 2012.
