RIGHT OF ADMISSION

1. The AAARFC Management reserves the right of admission to the Club's premises and facilities;

2. The Management further reserves the right for its Officers and Club Stewards to remove from the premises and facilities any person who does not comply with all the Club rules and regulations, reasonable instructions, or whose presence within the premises and facilities is, or could reasonably be construed as constituting a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other person.

DISCLAIMER

1. The AAARFC's Sponsors, Management, Members, Officers and Club Stewards accept no responsibility for acts of third parties, death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage that may occur on the AAARFC premises, however caused;

2. The use of all the Club facilities, including the swimming pool, is entirely at the user's own risk;

3. Vehicles parked in the car park or elsewhere on the Club premises and all contents therein are left at the owner's own risk. The Club will accept no liability for loss or damage in respect thereof.

RULES

1.             Members grant permission for the Club Photographer or other persons authorized in writing by the Management, to film or photograph persons covered by the Membership at official Club events or match fixtures, and to publish such recordings or images through official Club communication channels. By signing below you signify your acceptance of this condition.​

 2.            Parents and Guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children when using the facilities. Children under 16 years of age must be supervised by responsible adults at all times, especially when using the pool.

3.             Only Members 16 years of age and older are allowed entering and using the gym. 

4.             Swimming pool entrances for walk-in guests/visitors not allowed after 2:00 pm.

5.             All bags, coats and other personal belongings must be stored in the lockers provided and not within the Gym or Reception Area. All members’ belongings are their responsibility when using Club facilities. The Club is not liable for any loss or damage sustained while using these facilities

6.             Members using the gym must wear suitable sports clothes (no loose clothing or swimwear), with appropriate footwear (running shoes – no flip-flops/sandals/bare feet)

7.             Any person found removing, damaging or defacing Club property might be prosecuted under relevant UAE laws and will be held liable for costs, damages and expenses payable by the Club in order to replace or repair the Club property. No Gym/Pool Towels supplied.

8.             Food and Beverages from outside the Club is strictly prohibited.

9.             No pets are allowed into the Club premises either in the Restaurant or pool areas, and around or on the Fields.

10.           Each SOCIAL Membership is entitled to 2 guests at a fee of AED42/Day per guest.

11.            Memberships will not be – back-dated, transferable to another person, “frozen” or suspended for any length of time.

12.           The club facilities strictly prohibit unauthorized swimming lessons and gym/fitness training. Interested parties should secure permission from the Management before conducting such activities.

13.           The failure of the Club to enforce any of its respective rules and policies at any time is not a waiver of such rules and policies. (Pool Rules & House Rules always apply)

NOTE: All persons entering the Club premises / facilities are admitted only subject to the above Clubhouse Rules & Disclaimer conditions and they are deemed to have constituted unqualified acceptance of all of the attached conditions.
