RIGHT OF ADMISSION

  1. The AAARFC Management reserves the right of admission to the Club's premises and facilities;

  2. The Management further reserves the right for its Officers and Club Stewards to remove from the premises and facilities any person who does not comply with all the Club rules and regulations, reasonable instructions, or whose presence within the premises and facilities is, or could reasonably be construed as constituting a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other person.

DISCLAIMER

  1. The AAARFC's Sponsors, Management, Members, Officers and Club Stewards accept no responsibility for acts of third parties, death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage that may occur on the AAARFC premises, however caused;

  2. The use of all the Club facilities, including the swimming pool, is entirely at the user's own risk;

  3. Vehicles parked in the car park or elsewhere on the Club premises and all contents therein are left at the owner's own risk. The Club will accept no liability for loss or damage in respect thereof.

RULES

  1. All Members aged 16 years and above must provide Proof of Vaccination against Covid and a negative test via the Green Status of the Al Hosn app;

  2. All Members must sign in at Reception before using any of the Club facilities;

  3. Members grant permission for the Club Photographer or other persons authorised in writing by the Management to film or photograph persons covered by the Membership at official Club events or match fixtures and to publish such recordings or images through official Club communication channels only. Please notify the Management Team directly if there is any exception to this for Safeguarding reasons;

  4. Parents and Guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of the children in their care when using the facilities. Children under 16 must be supervised by responsible adults at all times, especially when using the pool;

  5. Only Members aged 16 years and above are allowed to enter and use the fitness suite facilities;

  6. All bags, coats and other personal belongings must be stored in the lockers provided and not left in the gym or Reception area. Members are responsible for all their belongings whilst using the facilities. The Club is not liable for any loss or damage sustained whilst using the facilities.

  7. Members using the fitness suite must wear suitable sports clothing (no loose clothing or swimwear) with appropriate footwear at all times. No flip flops, sandals or bare feet;

  8. Members must supply their own towels for the fitness suite and pool;

  9. Any person found removing, damaging or defacing Club property may be prosecuted under relevant UAE law and will be held liable for any costs incurred;

  10. Food and beverages (excluding water) brought from outside the Club may not be consumed on the Club premises;

  11. No pets are allowed on the Club premises, whether in the pool or restaurant/bar areas or on the fields;

  12. Each Sports Membership is entitled to 3 guests, each Social Membership to 2 guests, at a cost of AED40+VAT per guest a day. Guests are per membership not per member;

  13. The failure of the Club or its Officials to enforce any of the above rules and policies at any time is not a waiver of such rules and policies.

  14. Submission of the Membership Form and payment of fees is confirmation that you have read and understood all the above Terms and Conditions of AAARFC.
